Production

The manufacturing steps of the moulds are carried on according to some specific procedures, which are structured in a methodological way.

The purchase, construction , testing and delivery activities of the moulds are supported in an integrated way by a specific “Management Push System Job”, developed internaly as an IT Solution.

The TEBIS software is the system which our team of programmers use to create programs for the processing of machine tools.

The technological updating of all plants,machineries and equipment allow our company to produce moulds up to 35 tons and up to 2800x1800 mm. Our moulds are tested on machines up to 4000 tons.
